Tips for when you're feeling down.

Hey beautiful girls reading this,
I'm so sorry I haven't uploaded in AGES . You must be so pissed off with me.
I've been having my off days and been going through hard times so I apologise.

Today im going to talk about a hard thing for some girls
Feeling down.

Put it one way,  if you tell me you don't have days where you feel like poop,  you're lying or robotic.

But im going to speak about my tips to getting happy again and back on your feet.

I hope this post helps you in any way or form and if it does im truly grateful that I could help you.

So here are my tips!

1. Relax.
I know it seems hard but just drop everything from your mind and lay back. Meditating can help!

2. Just forget about them.
"No man is worth your tears and the one that is won't make you cry" unknown quote
And remember whats meant to be is meant to be.

3. Dont give up

I was going to give up blogging but earlier I thought : you know what? I may not be popular on my blog , but how am I going to know if I just quit? That's going to make me a failure.

4. Surround yourself by family and friends
Your family will always be there for you so ask siblings or even your mum for advice!
You may think your mum is old fashioned but once you get talking to her,  she can be a fantastic advice giver! Older sister's or cousins can really help as well.

5. If you're  extremely depressed, try and get help. Counselling can benefit you for the better.

And to finish
6. Remember to smile! It costs £0.00!

tricks to be happy and stress free .

Aloha!

Im on a annoying computer at the moment so I cant upload photos.

Anyway, I have come to the conclusion that we all want to be happy and stress free in our life, but all of us girls get attached to something so that becomes impossible.

I used to have a best friend who I started to depart from, but I couldn't bear the thought of playing alone so I kept her as a best friend even though I was really unhappy.

But in the end, we got separated and she was in another class to me, so I was much happier.

So in this blog post im going to share some ways to be happy and stress free in your life.

1. Remember you're beautiful
Its easy to look in the mirror and be narcissistic about yourself but people who do that usually don't end up anywhere so admire your poires and you are beautiful no matter what they tell you.

2. Be yourself
Remember to be yourself.
Don't forget nobody knows how to do her like her
And nobody knows how to be like Jennifer Lopez apart from herself
So just be unique.  If you like your hair up , keep your hair up.

3. Be honest and trustworthy
Honesty is really important because if you keep lying and one day tell the truth, no one will believe you .

4. Be a good friend
This links in with the last one but be a good friend. Be kind and be a shoulder to cry on.
Trust me, people will thank you for it.

5. Try your hardest not to envy people
Let me tell you a quote now that links in with this

Never get jealous when you see your ex with someone else,  because our parents told us to give our toys to the less fortunate.

And it may seem like BS but its true . Just move on, he doesn't deserve a independent girl like you.


These are the things that I suggest you should follow by to be happy and stress free, im sorry if they weren't good,  I tried my hardest.

my de-stressing routine

Aloha!!

How are you?

I get stressed quite a bit especially when I have an argument or have hormon

hormones suck :(

Anyway , I don't want to stress you guys out. I'm going to share my de-stress routine as you will get stressed and maybe you need some tips.

don't worry I got you covered

what am I even saying??

lets get on with the post as I don't want to bug you.

1. firstly, I like to turn on my music, not too loud because Im stressed and don't want clubby music booming out at full volume

that will make me more stressed
5sos are always a favourite for me :)

2. I like to change into comfy clothes, especially leggings.

3. next I light a candle
just kidding, my mum would NEVER let me light a candle, so the artificial ones are awesome.

4. I like to get a blanket , go downstairs and watch a movie or read a book. im reading hunger games book 1 at the moment and am loving it. don't spoil it!!

5. hot chocolate or a fruit tea will also calm me. I never put sugar in my fruit teas because if I do it will taste way too sweet.

the twinnings fruit selection is a great product if you want to try it!!!!!

my night routine

aloha!

today im sharing my night routine

morning routine coming up soon,

lets get on with the blog post!!!

1. so the first thing I do is take off my shoes and coat (I don't really use a coat this time of year because its fairly sunny)

nah who am I kidding, when is the UK ever sunny???

2. I next walk into my kitchen and get a snack . because after school I get kinda hungry . what do you expect?? lol

3. this time, I decided to have ice cream . neopolitan style. I mostly just spoon out the strawberry ice cream (its more tasty)

4. next I go into my room and usually check my tablet. anything could've happened during 6 hours of school time tbh.

5. I then catch up with my homework . or I study as I have some tests coming up which are darn important.

6. after going on my tablet some more I find out its time for my dinner. I like a range of different foods (especially Italian) . im definitely a pasta fan.

7. after dinner I usually do the 7 minute workout which I find a bit challenging!!

8.shower time!!! I use a range of different products in the shower but I like any fruity shower gels!! let me know if you recommend any!! im always up to trying new things!!

9. and now its finally bed time!!!

Im sorry if this was a  little brief but I tried as hard as I could!!
